Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States. Shipping is free on every order; it is already built into our prices.

How it is sent

Our candles are made for us by a supplier and are shipped to you from our supplier or our fulfilment partner, not from Alice's home. When you order, we place your order with them and give them your name and delivery address so they can send it.

How long it takes

Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Estimated delivery is [delivery estimate to be added] from the day you order. Delivery can take longer in busy seasons or if there is a customs or carrier delay.

If we cannot ship your order within the time we have stated, we will email you, and you can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.

Duties and taxes

Any import duties or customs fees that apply are described at checkout. We will tell you about them before you pay.

Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required.

Tracking

You will get an email with a tracking number when your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to start updating. You can also see the status in your account.
